Kathryn and Joanna prepared a presentation/review of Micheal Gerber’s “The E-myth revisited”.

The subject was all about “Why most small businesses don’t work and what to do about it”.

This provoked some very interesting discussions on what can be improved in our own businesses.  We left with 3 pages of thought provoking questions to answer about our own businesses for discussion at a later date.

We have decided that today was our last meeting in November - so no meetings on 23rd or 30th November. 

In December we will have two morning meetings on 7th and 14th December (the 14th should be a lunch meeting but we decided to have breakfast instead). 

The topics will be on employing people and having workers as well as expanding your business.
