Members brush up on negotiation skills

Great meeting with lots of methodology and pointers on how to approach and follow up the modern day negotiation.

For many it was a case of “I know I should be doing that but - honestly - I don’t!” Well start doing it folks and improve your sales and net profit!  One of the biggest issues identified was not being clear on what we want from a negotiation, what is the ‘walk-away’ point and of course having the confidence to follow through!

All of us agreed who is coming to the skittle night at the end of the month - organised by Sally Masterson. (Don’t mess with her!)
